CHAP staff is patient-centered, partner-focused. Your dedicated CHAP team is a crucial resource to our partners, even outside of the accreditation process. We provide onsite education/consultation during the site visit/surveys that aligns with your quality measures and initiatives.
The most up-to-date standards in the industry plus enterprise-level planning and partnership provide practical, standardized, straightforward guidance for multi-site execution and efficiencies. Standards are inclusive of recent infusion and telehealth changes. (Home Health rev 2021, Hospice rev fall 2019, Homecare rev 2021)
Covid-19 highlighted community-based care. Early on - policies, protocols, and guidance changed almost hourly. This is why we have facilitated over 70+ hours of collaboration calls and 48 pages of FAQs. We adopted technology and safety measures quickly, which means we have no backlog, so startups and urgent needs can be met without challenge.
