What are my login credentials?
Logins and passwords have been emailed by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check spam/junk folders as logins may be filtered by some inboxes. For login help, contact NHPCO’s Solutions Center at 800-646-6460 or email@example.com. If registered after March 22nd, please allow up to 8 hours for login activation.
Can I share my login?
No, only individual registrations are available. Logins are unique to each individual and may not be shared. Access is only available to registered participants.
How do I access the on-demand sessions?
Navigate to the “On-Demand” section on the menu bar and either search the full listing or select a track. Click on “View” to learn more about a session. Click on "View On-Demand Recording" under the "Recording, Evaluation, & Credit" tab.
How do I access the on-demand session handouts?
Once in the on-demand session, navigate to the "Handouts" tab.
How do I access the live events?
Navigate to the “Agenda” section on the menu bar and select the appropriate activity you'd like to. Click on “View Session" to learn more about the activity. To enter the live activity click on the “View Live Session” tab, then “View Session”. You will be able to view and enter live activities 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. On the "View Live Session" tab you can add live activities to your calendar.

In what time zone are live activities listed?
All posted times are in the Eastern Time zone.
How long will the recordings and on-demand sessions be available?
Participants may access recordings and on-demand sessions until May 31, 2021.
How do I access recordings and on-demand sessions?
Access recordings and on-demand sessions the same way you logged into the conference and live activities.
Can I view the conference on my mobile device?
Yes, live activities and on-demand sessions are viewable on mobile devices.
Will there be networking?
Yes, through the conference website you can connect with fellow attendees in many ways. You can send messages via the attendee directory (be sure to update your profile), use the "Networking" tab for peer chatting and upload pictures to the conference photo album. You can also choose from many networking opportunities around specific topics throughout the conference and use the discussion tab within each session to connect with fellow attendees. Share your experiences using #LAC21 on all channels.
Will the conference include an Exhibit Hall?
Yes, you can visit with leading vendors and service providers to learn about the latest trends in products and services for hospice and palliative care providers. The Exhibit Hall is offering live chat hours Tuesday - Friday 1- 2pm ET and 3-4pm ET.
Continuing Education FAQs

Can I earn continuing education credit by participating in the 2021 Leadership and Advocacy Conference?
Yes, the conference offers CE/CME credit for Nurses and Physicians who participate in on-demand (enduring material) sessions. Credit hours are determined based on individual attendance, may be less than the maximum number offered, and the amount of CE/CME credit available is subject to change based on the sessions available.
When can I get my CE/CME credit?
CE/CME credit can be requested after you view and evaluate your first on-demand session. To receive CE/CME credit, you must first watch the On-Demand Recording, complete the Session Evaluation, and Claim CE/CME Credit. As part of this process, you will indicate the type of CE/CME credit you are requesting. Once attendance is confirmed and each session is evaluated, you can print out your CE/CME certificate showing credit earned for your participation from the CE/CME tab.
How do I complete a session evaluation?
Once you complete an on-demand recording offering credit, your Session Evaluation will become unlocked, select the "Fill Out Survey" button to begin the evaluation.
What is the deadline to receive CE/CME credit?
The deadline to receive CE/CME credit for an on-demand session is 11:59 pm on Monday, May 31, 2021.
How do I complete the overall conference evaluation?
At the conclusion of the conference, you will receive an email containing a link to the Overall Conference Evaluation. Your feedback is very important for our future educational programming.

Is registration required?
Yes, conference access is available to registered participants only.
Does the registration fee include all sessions?
No, the registration fee does not cover the NHF FUNdraiser event on Tuesday, March 23rd. If you'd like to join and support the cause, please email email@example.com. The registration fee covers all other live activities and all on-demand sessions as well as access to all the conference website has to offer. Access materials until May 31, 2021.

Is special equipment required?
No, all you need to participate is a computer, Internet connection and adequate speakers to project sound.
How does the audio work?
Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure that the audio is set to the volume you desire.
I can't get into a live event!
The site has been optimized for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. If you typically use Internet Explorer, please use another browser. If you are using the preferred browsers and are still having trouble accessing the session, please note live activities are available to view and enter 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you have arrived early, try refreshing your browser.
